Voices 360-Degree Feedback & Coaching

During this practical and interactive two-day workshop you will learn how to design and implement best-practice 360-degree programs, interpret reports and facilitate highly effective feedback sessions. You will be accredited to provide Voices® 360-degree feedback.

Specifically, you will learn how to:

• Adapt 360-degree programs to suit your organisation’s people and their readiness for feedback
• Understand the dynamics of competencies and how they interact in work settings
• Integrate best-practice principles of giving and receiving feedback
• Apply the Lominger 6-Step Feedback model in a variety of feedback and coaching situations
• Help Learners identify their real development needs and take ownership of them
• Create meaningful development plans that are linked to business needs and goals
• Use Lominger’s continuing research for effective career coaching and development planning.

• The fee for this two day workshop is $2,850 + GST
• The fee includes the training materials and course notes, sample reports, own 360-degree survey and post-workshop feedback, lunch and refreshments
• There are no additional tools required for this workshop.
