How does it work?
Voices® is conducted as an online survey that is easy to use and very secure.The individual being rated nominates a selection of people they work with to give them feedback. The feedback given then compliments the individuals self-assessment and aids in the development of the individual by providing a wide range of feedback, relevant to the individuals current situation.
