Choices Architect® by Lominger International
What is Choices Architect®
Choices Architect® forms part of the The Leadership Architect® Suite of tools. It is designed to measure an individual's learning agility.
People with this ability perform well under first-time, challenging conditions, and there is substantial evidence which shows that learning agility is a vital component of potential. Measuring people on learning agility is important for predicting future performance and potential and for building a strong pipeline of leadership talent.
Choices Architect® is available in paper and online formats such as card decks for sorting, paper questionnaires and online surveys. The 81 items in Choices Architect® measure four key factors of learning agility - Mental, People, Change and Results. These factors break down into 27 dimensions that provide greater insight into an individual’s strengths and developmental needs.
Who uses Choices Architect®
Leading organisations around the world now use Choices Architect® for talent management, succession planning and leadership development. Choices Architect® is used to identify, validate and select those who are the most learning agile.
