Hilary has diverse business experience in sales, marketing, and operational roles across retail, training, and professional services. Her passion for seeing people perform and grow led her to management consulting and creating two professional development firms from start-up.
For almost two decades, Hilary has studied the skills and capabilities of highly effective leaders, while exploring performance needs at all levels of leadership. She has a particular interest in the way leaders learn, grow, and navigate to higher leadership roles in their careers.
As the founder and managing director of LDN International, Hilary leads a talented team of people who specialise in leadership and talent development. They work with global organisations, building leadership capability and coaching executives and their teams.
Hilary, recognised as a leadership development expert, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in the Social Sciences (psychology and sociology) from Monash University. She is accredited to use the Hogan Leadership Assessments and the Agile Leader 360. Additionally, she is certified in Conversational Intelligence™ and is a Virtuoso Level Executive Coach (Accelerating Coach Excellence).
As an independent Korn Ferry Master Associate, Hilary is a member of the Korn Ferry Client Education Faculty (USA) and serves on the Global Associate Network Council. She conducts accreditation courses in tools for assessing leadership potential, emotional intelligence, and 360 feedback and coaching.
