Process and ToolsLeaders Developing Leaders begins with a workshop to provide a foundation in the principles of leadership development and practical guidelines for developing leaders. This is followed by an in-house assessment of your leadership development and succession planning processes with a view to optimisation.
Coaching is provided in the implementation of any resulting changes to your process, or alternatively LDN International can manage the implementation for you. Tools from The Leadership Architect® are used as required to facilitate the required outcome.
