Reg has combined his early experience in government as a policy advisor with 15 years corporate life in employee relations, strategic human resource management and organisation development. He has held senior executive positions with AWB Limited, Ansett Australia, Air New Zealand and ANZ Banking Group Limited.
Reg now consults in the corporate government and not-for-profit sectors in strategy, planning, mergers, meeting planning and facilitation, leadership development and employee relations. His broad experience makes him effective in helping organisations identify and develop opportunities to gain the best alignment between their people and their business strategy.
As an LDN Associate since 2004, Reg has developed a deep understanding of the Lominger Leadership Architect® suite of tools, particularly in 360-degree feedback, coaching and career development. Reg is actively involved in the development of LDN’s programs and services.
Reg has served on a number of not-for-profit boards. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, Politics and Economics and a Master of Business Administration. He has completed executive education programs at INSEAD and the Harvard Business School. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
