Sharon has over 20 years corporate experience in strategic human resource management, leadership development, recruitment, career development, training and facilitation. She has worked with medium sized firms and large, global organisations in insurance, banking and finance.

Having coached many professionals, managers and executives to increase their personal effectiveness, it was a natural and easy progression to consulting in leadership development. Sharon particularly enjoys working to build organisational capability and helping talented individuals achieve their full potential. Since 2007, she has had an ongoing role in the design and development of LDN’s leadership programs.

Sharon has a reputation for quickly building relationships and working collaboratively to design and implement robust people strategies to meet business needs and deliver value to the bottom line. She has an approachable, pragmatic and outcome focused coaching style aimed at creating sustainable behavioural change, whether working individually or with teams.

Sharon holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) degree and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Psychology. She is accredited in a range of the Lominger Leadership Architect® suite of tools and is an accredited coach.
