Vivian has a great combination of corporate expertise and technical knowledge. Vivian has worked in the human resources field in the telecommunications industry, with experience in various business sectors ranging from operations to health and safety.
As part of the LDN team from 2006, Vivian manages and administers the Voices® 360-degree survey tool and process. This includes liaising with customers around the product and managing all technical aspects of the data and reporting.
Vivian has a rapport for building great relationships with customers through giving advice on and providing technical support for the Voices® 360-degree survey tool.
Vivian holds a computing degree, Bachelor of Information Management (Management) from Monash University.
