Voices® 360 Degree Feedback and Coaching Certification Workshop

During this practical and interactive two-day workshop you will learn how to design and implement best-practice 360-degree feedback & coaching programs, interpret reports and facilitate highly effective feedback sessions. You will be certified to provide Voices® 360-degree feedback.

• Integrate best-practice principles of giving and receiving feedback

• Use Lominger’s continuing research for effective career coaching and development planning.

Course Fee

• The fee for this two day workshop is $2,850 + GST

• The fee includes the training materials and course notes, sample reports, own 360-degree survey and post-workshop feedback, lunch and refreshments
