Marie Dunshea

Marie commenced her career as a management trainee with a major retailer and after her graduation was appointed to a variety of operational and management roles in both department stores and specialty retail environments. 

Her experience includes recruitment, training and development with a major industry association where she was the administrator of the training division.

At LDN International, Marie plays a critical role in support of the consulting team by coordinating large-scale projects, keeping track of timelines and deliverables, undertaking research and liaising directly with clients.

Marie manages the LDN office and is instrumental in developing administration systems for new projects. Marie has added considerable value to the quality of LDN's talent assessment, feedback and coaching services, as well as LDN's communication strategy.

Having taken various professional development courses, including Interaction Management and Time Management, Marie has also participated in Korn Ferry Leadership Architect® certification programs.

Marie also holds a Diploma in Management and is a qualified trainer, with Certificate 4 Workplace Training and Assessment.
